The Porch

It's finally done, well mostly done.

In case you don't remember what our porch looked like, it was a wooden cage.





For Christmas I just hung a big wreath over it.



The combination of the two poplar trees and the wood lattice it gave the message "Keep Out."

We removed the trees but we still had the cage. No longer.





The lattice is gone and there is a nice coat of white paint.

We still want to replace the roof and put some white lattice below the porch but it is already much more welcoming. I even like sitting outside now.
