Enjoying the Spring

On Saturday Ainsley came by to play with Joanna. It was a lovely day so we went outside. The girls decided they wanted to ride in the canoe.

Rick got them loaded up and out into the water.

On the way back they spotted something we had lost in a wind storm. An empty water bottle had blown off our porch and out into the lake. These things have a $5 deposit on them so it was worth trying to get it.

Success! Ainsley lifts the bottle over her head in triumph.

Once back in the girls found something else to try, Joanna's fishing pole.

I'm not sure if there are any fish out there but it didn't really matter since they didn't have any bait, or a hook.

They had fun anyway.
