Mega Huge Haven't Posted in Ages Post

Lots of stuff on this one since I haven't posted since January. I tried to grab the best pictures. I may add more later if I can find the other memory card for the camera.



Holidays


Today we were visited by the April Fool

She only stayed a little while then headed off to school.




Easter Sunday was a bit chilly.





We went to the sunrise service. Joanna really wanted to go. We were very surprised when she actually got out of bed and got ready. After shivering on the beach of Lake Chauncy I'm not sure if she will want to go next year.



When we returned from the beach, we found Easter gifts had arrived.














After going through all the goodies we put on our bonnets and headed off to church.




For St. Patrick's Day Joanna wanted to be sure she wouldn't get pinched.


Other Events

Joanna lost her first tooth!


We got a new camera which caused us to take a lot of pictures for no particular reason.


Joanna saved her money and purchased Moon Sand. The TV ads say that it is not messy like regular sand. Please notice the sand on the table and on the child. If it lands on the floor, it sticks to your feet and gets tracked all over the house. I'll let you decide how neat it is.

Ainsley came over for a play date.

One Saturday we had not just one birthday party but two in the same day.

The first was Joshua's detective party.

The party featured a mystery at a museum. Among the suspects were the security guard, the janitor and the heiress.

The detectives searched for clues.

Next up was Mariah's party. The detective theme spilled over a bit.

The actual theme was M&Ms.

Besides eating them, we had an M&M piñata and played pin the M on the M&M.
